Mental health, a priority!

Last week, several employees of HUT - Hëllef um Terrain participated in a training course on Mental Health First Aid, led by our Unité PSY.
This training enables our staff to better recognise the signs of psychological distress and provide appropriate support to the people we accompany on a daily basis. Just like physical first aid, mental health first aid is essential for early intervention and referral to appropriate help.
A big thank you to the Unité PSY for this enriching training course, which strengthens our skills and our ability to care for mental health, a central issue in our social work. Well done to all the participants too!
