Training to improve awareness of good treatment

On 18 November, we had the pleasure of organising a training session dedicated to raising awareness of Bientraitance for our volunteers. This session, led by Bientraitance asbl, aimed to reinforce knowledge and best practices in order to ensure respectful and caring support for the people we assist.

Ten volunteers participated with great interest and enthusiasm. They were able to exchange ideas, ask questions and share their experiences, which made the training particularly rich and interactive.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Bientraitance asbl for their warm welcome and expertise, as well as to our volunteers for their commitment and active participation. Their involvement is essential to continuing to provide an environment where Bientraitance is at the heart of our actions.

Good news: we will continue to offer this training to interested volunteers throughout 2026, so that everyone can strengthen their skills and commitment to Bientraitance.
