Winter is here, and so is solidarity!

As winter sets in and the festive season approaches, everyone finds a little warmth with their loved ones. But for those living on the streets, these days are often synonymous with loneliness and cold. Our teams work tirelessly to ensure that no one is left alone or homeless during this period.

Every day, our facilities open their doors wide – without conditions or judgement – to anyone who has nowhere else to go, offering them a hot meal, a place to rest, a shower, a smile and a listening ear: these simple but essential gestures restore dignity and hope.

At night, our shelters take over to provide safety and human warmth. Some find refuge there for a night or a few days, while others receive long-term support to find stable housing and fully reintegrate into society.

Our teams are also present on the ground, in Luxembourg City and Differdange, to go out onto the streets and meet those who are still outside – offering them a coffee, care, a helping hand. Every gesture is a reminder that no life should be invisible, even in the cold.

"Le Courage": Social bistro open 7 days a week. Serving drinks, sandwiches and soups. Rest area, lockers, showers and washing machines. "Para-Chute": Advice, assistance and referral to social services and appropriate facilities.. "Creamisu": A space dedicated to artistic expression of all kinds: painting, music, composition, singing, sewing... Psychological support: Psychological support tailored to each individual's specific needs.		"Centre Ulysse": Emergency reception and accommodation for short or long periods, support and social follow-up. "Halte de Nuit Espoir": Emergency accommodation for the most vulnerable. Pets welcome. Social support. "Halte de Nuit Femmes": Emergency accommodation reserved for women. Pets accepted. Social support. "Wanteraktioun": Management of the night shelter from 15 November to 15 April. Accommodation, evening snack and breakfast. Supported accommodation: In a community or independently, with personalised social support.
