A summer full of discoveries at the Atelier thérapeutique d'Ehlerange

This summer, the team at the Atelier Thérapeutique d’Ehlerange organised several enriching activities designed to promote learning, socialising and well-being.

SEWING WORKSHOP AT LET’Z REFASHION

Participants made reusable make-up remover pads from a variety of fabrics carefully chosen by each person. This creative activity allowed everyone to showcase their skills whilst raising awareness of more sustainable everyday practices.

COOKING WORKSHOP AT THE ESCHER GEMÉISGUART COMMUNITY GARDEN

Using vegetables and herbs harvested directly from the garden, participants worked in small groups to prepare delicious no-cook vegetarian dishes. It was a wonderful opportunity to work as a team, showcase everyone’s abilities and promote healthy, environmentally friendly eating.

A FRIENDLY DAY OUT IN LULTZHAUSEN

Participants and the social education team enjoyed a wonderful day by Lake Haute-Sûre. The programme included a walk, a boat trip, a convivial meal at the youth hostel and games in a relaxed and warm atmosphere.

GUIDED TOUR OF THE BELVAL BLAST FURNACES

Participants learnt about our region’s industrial history through a fascinating tour of the Belval Blast Furnaces. They gained a better understanding of how the steel industry works and its role in the region’s economic development, whilst enjoying an exceptional panoramic view.
