By signing this mandate form, you authorise HUT Luxembourg to send instructions to your bank to debit your account, and your bank to debit your account in accordance with the instructions of HUT Luxembourg. You qualify for a refund by your bank according to the conditions described in the agreement you have signed with it. All refund requests must be made within 8 weeks of the date on which your account was debited.
