New “first-aiders” in mental health

The HUT - Hëllef um Terrain Unité Psy has trained 11 HUT - Hëllef um Terrain employees in Mental Health First Aid.

This internationally recognized training enables our teams to acquire the skills needed to provide initial support to people developing a mental health disorder or experiencing a mental health-related crisis.

Our 11 new “first-aiders” are now able to recognize early signs, approach and support their colleagues, and direct them to the appropriate professional resources.

This investment is part of our ongoing commitment to a caring work environment where mental health is a priority.
