Reducing screen time: a participatory workshop at the social grocery shop

On 20 May, a workshop was organised at the social grocery store in Luxembourg City in collaboration with Eltereforum.

The aim was to raise parents’ awareness of the amount of time – often too much – that children spend in front of screens, whilst offering practical alternatives.
Many users of the social grocery store took part in this enriching discussion. Participants were invited to book an ‘Activity Box’ via the eltereforum.lu website, which they can collect free of charge from the Eltereforum of their choice; this offer is open to all parents of children aged 1 to 3.
