We are looking for owners willing to make an unoccupied, affordable property available to us as part of our Social Rental Management scheme ("Gestion locative sociale").

WHAT IS SOCIAL RENTAL MANAGEMENT (Gestion Locative Sociale - GLS)?

GLS is a scheme overseen by the Ministry of Housing and Regional Planning. It enables private property owners to let their property to an approved partner with complete confidence, whilst contributing to a public interest mission. HUT – Hëllef um Terrain can therefore become the tenant of your property and make it available to persons or families in need. You will have no direct contact with the occupant: we take care of everything. More than 60 owners already place their trust in us and let their properties to us via the GLS scheme.

Renting out your property under the GLS scheme is an act of solidarity. But it is also a rational and secure decision that offers numerous benefits for the owner:

• A guaranteed rent with no interruptions, even if the property is unoccupied
• A 90 per cent tax exemption on net rental income
• Property management and maintenance handled by our teams
• The option to reclaim your property should you need it for personal use

For our part, we support the occupant – whether a person or a family – through a multidisciplinary team that provides day-to-day support and guidance.
