Convincing future educators to join us

Last Thursday, HUT - Hëllef um Terrain was at the Lycée Technique pour Professions éducatives et sociales (LTPES) as one of the participants in the “Fit for Future” day. The aim was to persuade future diploma holders to join HUT - Hëllef um Terrain after their studies. Many employers from the social sector were present.

The students' interest in our fields of action was very high. The future educators asked many questions, particularly about working with adults with difficult life histories when you're just out of school. Our educators were able to reassure them. Things are going very well.
