The importance of working together to promote compassionate care

In January, HUT - Hëllef um Terrain became a member of the non-profit organization Bientraitance. As such, HUT - Hëllef um Terrain is committed to respecting the 10 principles of the Bientraitance Charter, and to implementing a program within its organization to promote compassionate care  at all levels.

In addition to compulsory training for all staff, the program also includes an internal network of “Bientraitance multipliers” responsible for putting the culture of coipassionate care into practice in the departments, and encouraging exchanges with all employees. Collective work on this key theme for HUT - Hëllef um Terrain is important.

At the end of April, HUT - Hëllef um Terrain's Bientraitance multipliers met for an introductory training session on the role of multiplier, which proved to be very rich in exchanges and new ideas. The course was led by Virginie Stevens, Director of Bientraitance asbl. Many thanks to her!
