Every year, many people are employed in inclusion projects through work and occupation. These projects are carried out in collaboration with the Office National d'Inclusion Sociale (ONIS). They are aimed at people who, for a range of reasons - medical, lack of language skills, addiction problems, experience of homelessness, etc. - are unable to take up jobs in the primary labour market. The projects enable them to break out of their isolation, learn to live in a group, fight boredom, show others, and above all themselves, that they are capable of doing things and thus feel valued. At the same time, they acquire new skills and stabilise their psycho-social situation. And the experience they gain could help them find a more stable job.
