"Passeport pour l'Avenir au Luxembourg’ is a wide-ranging training programme for refugees and applicants for international protection that we supervise in our various hostels and support services. The aim is to help refugees and people seeking international protection to become autonomous in managing their lives as quickly as possible. To achieve this, they need to be familiar with the realities of their own country and the demands of the host society.
The training courses cover access to employment, parenthood, health, access to housing, rights and citizenship, budget management, family reunification, etc. Digital skills training is also offered. A passport records all the training taken by the participant, so that their efforts can be recognised.
THE RESULTS ARE VERY PROMISING.
