Integrating deprived and socially excluded people through work is an important aspect of our work.
Having an occupation enables deprived and socially excluded people to fight boredom, but also to come out of isolation, learn how to live in a group, show other people but especially themselves that they are capable of doing things, and thus to feel valued.
At the same time, they acquire new skills and achieve a more stable psycho-social situation.
For some of them, the occupational activities we offer are a springboard to other work options, and there is nothing to stop them reaching the mainstream job market.
We employ almost 200 people as part of an employment measure, most of them in the Atelier Thérapeutique d'Ehlerange or in one of the four activation projects underway in collaboration with ONIS: in gardening, cleaning, small repairs or catering.
